Gaza media cited by Channel 10 Television reported on Monday that the Israel Defense Forces had taken action to remove a suspicious object found on the Gaza border fence in an area known as "Malka".
Earlier, it was reported that Israeli forces fired at a number of Gaza youths in the same area.
