Reuters reported that a Russian writer, Zakhar Prilepin, has been denied entry to Bosnia to attend a literature event in Banja Luka, which serves as the de-facto capital of the countries Serbian minority.
Both the Bosnian Serb community and the countries Russian Embassy have reportedly criticized the move.
