An Egyptian source has told the London-based pan-Arab daily Al-Hayat that most of the infrastructure of the smuggling tunnels in Rafah, on the border between Gaza and the Sinai Peninsula, has been destroyed, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
According to the source, there will soon be no illegal crossings between Egypt and Gaza, which has already hit the activity of the Islamic State terror movement branch in northern Sinai in the past few months.
