Toddler in moderate condition after Herzliya drowning

An 18-month-old boy has drowned in a home pool in Herzliya.

Magen David Adom emergency teams gave the baby initial treatment and evacuated him in moderate condition and conscious to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.
