Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said, Tuesday, that returning Israelis from Gaza is a condition for a general arrangement for calm with Hamas.
Speaking during a tour of the Golan Heights, he said, "I hear countless talk and stories about the state of Israel's arrangement with Hamas, and I repeat, we are talking to the Egyptians, the UN and the international community. As far as I'm concerned, there is only one series and it's the reality on the ground, and if we want to reach some kind of general arrangement, then a defined condition is the arrangement on captives and missing. We are acting unilaterally in accordance with the reality on the ground, and apparently this will continue."
