Prosecutor's statement filed against would-be stabber

The police filed a prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute on Monday afternoon against 26-year-old Suleiman Kafisha of Hevron who was arrested on suspicion of planning to carry out a stabbing attack in Jerusalem, which was thwarted by the police.
