Police have arrested five fans near the stadium in Netanya for the soccer match between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Tel Aviv.
A police force spotted a the fans of the two teams getting close to each other, and when the fans noticed the police, they fled, leaving iron chains and pyrotechnic equipment, including illumination flares.
