Terrorist Ahmad Muhammad Mahameed suffered from a mental illness, his brother claimed.
Mahameed attempted to stab a policeman in Jerusalem's Old City.
"My brother is a mentally ill person who never thought of harming people, the police did not have to shoot him dead," the brother told Ynet.
