The IDF is still investigating whether the incident on Thursday evening near Havat Gilad, in which a 40-year-old woman was run over, was a terror attack. The Palestinian Arab driver turned himself in.
"IDF soldiers are deployed in the region. The circumstances of the incident are still under investigation," the IDF Spokesperson's Unit said in a statement.
