PM's military secretary promoted to Brigadier-General

Prime Minister Netanyahu's new military secretary Avi Blut was promoted to Brigadier-General in a ceremony on Thursday. Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot called him"an excellent officer who carried out all the major positions that the IDF knows to offer its outstanding commanders".
