Kulanu: Promote a surrogacy law for same-sex couples

The Kulanu Party is demanding that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and haredi-religious parties advance an amendment to the Surrogacy Law that will allow same-sex couples to have children with the help of a surrogate mother, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
