Name of woman killed in Haifa accident published

Noa Hayat, 20, is the woman who was killed on Wednesday evening when she was hit by a car in Haifa.

The driver of the vehicle, a 33-year-old resident of the city, is being questioned. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
