Member of Knesset Tamar Zandberg, also Chairperson of the secular, left-wing Meretz Party, attacked Education Minister Naftali Bennett for speaking out against a ceasefire with Hamas.
"According to Bennett's logic, any reality in which war does not take place and spills blood is contrary to the interest he represents," she said.
Zandberg also called upon the Cabinet to support the agreement instead of following "impassioned populists" like Bennett.
