Speaker of the Knesset Yuli Edelstein sent a letter to his colleague, the President of the Italian Senate, and expressed his condolences on the loss of at least 35 people from a bridge's collapse in Genoa, Italy.
"The entire Knesset of Israel shares the sorrow of the Italian people for the unnecessary deaths of dozens of people in a terrible tragedy," wrote Edelstein.
