Professor Daniel Haimovitz, Dean of the George S. Wise Faculty of Life Sciences at Tel Aviv University, was elected President of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev today.
Prof. Haimovitz will take office on January 1st, succeeding Prof. Rivka Carmi, who is completing three terms (12 years) in the position.
