There is opposition in the cabinet to the outline that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Egyptian President Abdel Fatah As-Sisi tried to formulate during their secret meeting, under which the Palestinian Authority would return to Gaza, according to Yisrael Hayom.
Intelligence Minister Yisrael Katz called for the issue to be discussed and decided by the cabinet, adding that "Israel's policy vis-à-vis Gaza must be clear - civil separation between Gaza and Israel and a clear border between Israel and Gaza." The newspaper also heard from an anonymous source.
