Mayor Barkat to represent Israel at Paraguay inaugural

Mayor Nir Barkat of Jerusalem will leave for Paraguay on Monday at the request of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Paraguayan President Mario Abdo Benitez.
