The Archives Affairs Committee, headed by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, has instructed the State Archives to conduct a comprehensive examination of the 300,000 classified files related to the disappearance of between 1500 and 5,000 babies and toddlers of new immigrants - most of them Yemenite - between 1948 and 1954, and to disclose them.
