Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said, ahead of a cabinet meeting on Thursday, that Israel is approaching a military campaign in Gaza.
Interviewed by Israeli public radio, the former minister of intelligence and strategic affairs said, "Even before the attack tonight, the ministers realized that Israel and Gaza are liable to launch a heavy campaign. At the moment, we seem to be approaching it."
