The Ministry of Agriculture evacuated nine dogs from a dog pound in Umm al-Fahm camp due to prolonged neglect.
The dogs were transferred to a protected facility of the Ministry of Treatment and Rehabilitation, the owner of the dogs was detained for questioning.
The dogs were kept in unsuitable conditions, in violation of the Animal Welfare Act and suffered from fleas, worms and other health problems.
