Ariel Nazarit, the father of five-year-old Avital Racheli who drowned in a pool in Migdal, has told Israeli public television, "She went out to sit with her nephews. Apparently at some point she passed and slipped. We did not see exactly the moment, but we watched her all the time. We have no idea how it happened."
