Supreme Court justices acquitted, Thursday morning, Elisha Haivtov, who was convicted in 2011 of the murder of Shai Adri in a snooker club in Sderot 16 years ago.
The judges accepted the argument by Haivtov's defense attorney that the confession Haivtov made in his interrogation was a false confession and ordered his immediate release.
