An expanded panel of the Supreme Court has determined that the Agudat Yisrael Party will have to delete clauses from its constitution which prevent women from competing for a place on the party's ballot.
The actual decision means that by September 2, the party must remove the discriminatory clause from its regulations, otherwise the matter will revert to the court, which will have to decide the issue without further delay.
