The Supreme Court is scheduled to hold a hearing, Tuesday, on whether to force the haredi-religious Agudat Yisrael party to change a clause in party regulations and allow women to be included in the party's list of Knesset candidates immediately.
The hearing is on a petition, filed by attorney Tamar Ben Porat in March 2015. The importance of the ruling on this issue is being viewed as decisive, especially in light of the events of recent days regarding equality.
