Palestinian Authority (PA) officials on Thursday scoffed at an apparent effort by the Trump administration to sweeten its peace plan with measures aimed at improving the economic situation in the PA-assigned areas of Judea and Samaria and Gaza.
A top American official said this week that the Trump administration’s so-called “Deal of the Country” to solve the Israel-PA conflict will include what the White House is calling a robust economic plan to help resolve the conflict.
