A worker who fell to his death on Wednesday evening from the seventh floor of a building under construction in the Haifa-area town of Harish has been identified as a 24-year-old resident of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Tulkarm without permission to be outside the PA.
According to preliminary investigations, the victim was apparently sleeping on the roof of the building and fell into the elevator shaft.
