Member of Knesset Tzipi Livni (Zionist Union) is attacking the government of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu because of the recently-passed Nationality Law, calling the government "a hit and run government. It hits, runs, is caught, is tried by the public, pretends to be simple and thinks it will end with an apology."
The opposition leader added, "In contrast to negligence, the government acted deliberately, insisted on ignoring all warnings and alarms and legislated in spite of everything." She concluded, "Not only do the laws need to be corrected. The government needs to be replaced."
