Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih announced on Wednesday night that the kingdom was “temporarily halting” all oil shipments through the Bab El-Mandeb strait in Egypt.
The decision was made in the wake of an earlier attack on two crude vessels by the Iran-aligned Houthi movement.
