The Yesha Council is publishing a report that will show the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) monitoring group to be an anti-Israel organization.
"In practice, the TIPH has been perceived more than once as a unilateral stance against the State of Israel and has been acting in illegal ways, including violent attacks against Israelis in Hebron," the report says.
