A couple in Hebron is seeking NIS 75,000 in compensation from the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) monitor group for an assault committed by one of the organization's members against their child.
TIPH's commander arrived at the Foreign Ministry last night for a discussion on the incident.
