The secretariat of Yitzhar, a Jewish community in Samaria, told residents to never throw stones at Border Police under any circumstances.
"Even if the security forces are behaving improperly, as in any case, do not to throw stones at them," the secretariat said in a letter to the residents.
The letter was sent after a residents from an adjacent hilltop threw stones at a number of Border Police, seriously injuring a female officer in the process.
