Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Paul Ryan told reporters on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be allowed to address the US Congress during his prospective visit to the US in autumn.
“We would certainly not be giving him an invitation to do a joint session,” said Ryan. “That’s something we reserve for allies.”
