IDF Spokesman and Brigadier General Ronen Manlis said that the Syrian plane shot down by Israel a short while ago was a Sukhoi 22 or 24 aircraft that took off from the T-4 airbase in Homs and moved quickly towards Israel.
The Israel Air Force had fired two missiles and the plane fell in Syrian territory.
