TIPH head summoned for clarification

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has ordered the head of the Temporary International Presence in Hevron to be questioned by the Foreign Ministry following the documentation of Arutz Shava, in which a foreign observer was seen puncturing the tires of a car belonging to a resident of Hevron Jewish community.
