Police have detained for questioning a 47-year-old resident of Kiryat Yam who hit a motorcycle near Masaryk Junction on Highway 4 in an accident that killed a 33-year-old motorcyclist from Akko.
Traffic examiners and police officers are at the scene of the accident, directing traffic and collecting findings from the site.
