The Association for Civil Rights in Israel has petitioned the Military Advocate General to order the cancellation of the decision by the head of the Israel Defense Forces' Personnel Branch not to allow soldiers to participate in the demonstrations this evening by the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community against last week's Knesset vote not to include them in eligibilty for surrogate parenthood.
