Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said that the opening of the Kerem Shalom border crossing for the transfer of goods is entirely dependent on the cessation of the launching of incendiary balloons.
"The residents of Gaza must understand that as long as there are incendiary balloons on our side and there are fires, then there too, life will not return to normality," Liberman warned.
