A resident from Hebron is complaining that an international observer punctured the tires of his car.
"The problem is not only with the foreign observers of whom it was clear that their job was to report in a biased and distorted manner from the moment they arrived but with the Foreign Ministry and the State of Israel, which allows such incidents to take place," said the resident's lawyer itamar Ben G'vir.
Recently, an international observer from the Temporary International Presence in Hebron organization, was removed after assaulting a minor in Hebron.
