Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman told Israel Radio (103) that the IDF has been instructed to target the launchers in the Gaza Strip of incendiary balloons and other devices onto nearby Israeli communities.
Liberman stressed that that the launchers themselves should be hit and not the area "next to" them.
