The Knesset plenum has approved the "Administrative Judea and Samaria" Law - which transfers authority over land claims in Judea and Samaria from the Supreme Court to the Administrative Court in Jerusalem, where claimants have to prove ownership.
Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked said in response, "The wild submission of petitions to the High Court of Justice of Palestinians and extreme leftist organizations against settlement in Judea and Samaria ends today. From now on they will have to go through the legal hurdle as every Israeli citizen goes through."
