United States President Donald Trump winked at Russian President Vladimir Putin at the opening of their summit in Helsinki, capital of Finland, in the presence of the media.
Trump said the two countries will eventually have a great relationship despite saying earlier that those relations had hit an unprecedented low point. He expressed hope to do something about the two countrie's nuclear arsenals which, he said, constituted 90 percent of the world's nuclear weapons.
