Supersol has announced that uncharacteristic taste and smell have been found in a small quantity of its Mayonnaise Amiti (real mayonnaise) in the 500-gram container produced on May 16th with the barcode 7296073205081 and an expiration date of January 16, 2019, produced by Meitav (G.S.) Food Industries.
The company has updated the Ministry of Health on the matter and is asking consumers not to use the product and contact the chain's branches in order to receive a refund. The brand is also marketed at Rami Levy, where it will be removed from the shelves and a credit will be given for its return.
