Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) expressed support on Sunday for a United States presence in Syria.
Interviewed on Fox News Sunday, the member of the Foreign Relations Committee said, "If we don't have a presence on the ground, we don't have a seat at the table as the resolution of the Assad regime's brutal war against its own people is negotiated."
