A 43-year-old man lost consciousness while driving near the Arab local council of Zemer in the Arab Triangle area, between Baqa al-Gharbiyye and Bat Hefer.
The Magen David Adom medical service evacuated him to Hillel Yaffe Hospital in critical condition.
