An indictment was filed against a 27-year-old resident of Afula who attacked driver Tova Ulro ten days ago in the city.
According to the indictment, he attacked Tova, 37, from Afula, because she honked at the car he was in because he blocked the road.
Police arrested him at Ben Gurion Airport before fleeing the country after purchasing a flight ticket to Mexico.
