The Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee approved this morning for a second and third reading of the law which allows for a 5-year prison sentence for anyone who carries out illegal shooting in a place or in a way that would endanger human life.
The law was initiated by Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan and Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked.
