IDF drops Mandel Institute from Tactical College

Brigadier General Zvika Fairaizen, Chief Education and Youth Officer of the Israel Defense Forces, has decided to stop a program of the Mandel Leadership Institute for young officers at the IDF Tactical Command College. The Mandel program for senior officers will continue.
