Activists from the right-wing Jewish organization Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) arrived Thursday at the Bedouin outpost of Khan al-Ahmar, near Maale Adumim, which the Supreme Court of Justice ruled should be uprooted but whose uprooting was delayed. The activists were joined by representatives from the Jewish communities of Amona, Netiv Ha'avot and Kfar Tapuah who were evicted from their homes, protesting the gap between government policy toward Jews and Arabs.
A statement by Otzma Yehudit said, "A situation in which the right-wing government is quick to comply with the Supreme Court's statements on time in Jewish communities, even at the cost of destroying the lives of many families, and is helpless when it comes to the Arabs cannot continue. We demand justice."
