Six plans for the construction of more than 1,000 housing units east and west of the northern neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev have been submitted to the Jerusalem District Planning Committee, according to Israeli public radio.
For more than two years, programs of this magnitude have not been promoted in Jerusalem.
