Member of Knesset Jamal Zahalka (Joint List) spoke out on Monday against a bill to deduct money paid by the Palestinian Authority to terrorists and their families from the monies Israel transfers to the PA.
During a Knesset debate on the measure, he said, "The initiator of the law is Avi Dichter, the former head of the Shin Bet [Israel Security Agency -ed.], who is responsible for the murder of thousands of people. You are murderers, you are terrorists, you are thieves."
